New Validation Scheme. Options

I have implemented a new rule for validations:
All new accounts are on Email and admin validation. When you create your account you will get an email. follow the link in this email to start the validation, then post a new topic in the Validations forum.

An admin (likely me) will go through these and validate all users who submit a valid request and not spam.

This should keep our main forum relatively clean and keep me from having to decide which accounts are spam and which are valid based solely on account name, email address and intuition.
