Added in armor, Arkus Shawl.

Added in weapons, Enchanter's rod and Arkus axe.

Keep in mind that 'Discount' does not mean the percent that you are saving, it means the percent that you are paying. So if you wanted to adjust a weapon up to +10, you are paying 65% of the actual cost IF you have level 30 haggle as compared to no haggle at all.
